DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT
1. Parties
This Distance Sales Contract (“Contract”) has been made between the parties for the sale of the services provided by Antalya VIP Transfer Services.

2. Subject
This contract determines the terms and conditions regarding the purchase and sale of transfer services offered through Antalya VIP Transfer services. The buyer purchases the service by making a reservation through the website in order to benefit from Antalya VIP Transfer services.
3. Definition and Sale of Service
The seller has determined all kinds of information, pricing and service details regarding the vehicle transfer service offered by Antalya VIP Transfer on the website. The buyer purchases the transfer service under the terms and prices specified on the website.
4. Price and Payment
The price of the service will be calculated based on the prices displayed on the buyer's website. The buyer can pay for the service with a credit card, bank card or other payment methods. The credit card and payment information used in the payment are processed through secure payment systems.
5. Moment of Contract
This contract enters into force when the buyer completes the reservation process on the website and makes payment. This transaction means that the buyer makes the payment using the specified payment methods and accepts to receive the service from the seller.
6. Provision and Cancellation of the Service
The buyer will receive the transfer service on the date requested. The seller is obliged to perform the transfer service on the requested date.
Cancellation or change of the service must be made by the buyer at least 48 hours in advance. The fee for the service canceled during this period will be refunded to the buyer in full. However, in cases of cancellations made within less than 48 hours, the full fee will not be refunded.
7. Buyer's Obligations
The buyer is obliged to provide correct personal and contact information when receiving the transfer service. In addition, the seller must be present at the specified time on the date of receiving the transfer service. In case of delay, an extra fee may be requested.
8. Seller's Obligations
The seller undertakes to provide the requested transfer service to the buyer in the best way possible. The seller informs the buyer in advance of the vehicle and driver information determined on the date the service will be provided.
9. Right to Withdraw from Distance Contract
The buyer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days after purchasing the transfer service, without giving any reason and without paying a penalty. However, the buyer must request withdrawal before the transfer service starts. If the service has already started, the right of withdrawal is invalid.
10. Privacy and Protection of Personal Data
The seller uses the buyer's personal information only for the purpose of providing the service and does not share it with third parties. The buyer agrees to the processing and storage of his/her personal data.
11. Resolution of Disputes
Any disputes that may arise regarding this contract will be heard at the Antalya Courthouse. The parties agree that Turkish law will apply in resolving disputes.
12. Enforcement
This contract will enter into force after it is approved by the buyer. The buyer completes the transaction by stating that they have read and accepted the terms of the contract.
13. Other Provisions
The parties have the right to make changes to the provisions of this contract. However, any changes to be made must be notified to the buyer in advance and approved by the buyer.
